Who qualifies
An attorney of good moral character who holds a license to practice law from, and who is a member in good standing of the bar of, the highest court of any state or the District of Columbia may apply for admission to the bar of this Court.

Good standing certificate
An application for General Admission and Pro Hac Vice Admission must be accompanied by a Certificate of Good Standing from the state of the applicant’s primary practice. Only Certificates issued not more than 60 days prior to filing the application are acceptable.
